Technical features:
1. Use high-voltage pulse power supply to prepare the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant DLC film on the inner wall of the pipeline
2. The diameter of 50-300mm and the length of 1-20m pipes can be processed
3. The DLC film layer can withstand 96h salt spray corrosion, the friction coefficient is less than 0.15, and the HSS bonding force is HF1

4. The inner wall of the pipeline is made of stainless steel grinding balls, with a load of 1000Kg, friction and wear for 18 hours, and a wear length of 6100m. Observed through a high-magnification three-dimensional microscope, the film is not damaged or fallen off. As shown below:

5. The DLC film is deposited on the inner wall of the copper tube. After 1440h of neutral salt spray corrosion, the film does not appear any anti-corrosion phenomenon. The film layer achieves ultra-high corrosion resistance
